Paula the milk could be a side effect of the pills you pop! Even supplements can cause this so you might want to check that. As for the milk thissle I haven’t tried it but I would recommend to see a kidney dr to make sure everything there is ok. The tests are easy and you need to make sure no problems there as I just had a friend die of kidney failure due to a different disease other than the IBD. UM MOM Susan

Paula – this is strange – I had headaches the whole time I was on endocort!! Shoot, I had so many problems on it that my dr just changed me back to prednisone. Headaches are something I very rarely have.
